Hello, my name is Taylor Knight!
I’ve been doing hair for 8 years now and graduated from Paul Mitchell School in Arlington in 2011. With that, I’m still in love with it! I’ve just started my new adventure at DV8 in January 2021. I can’t wait to grow with them as well my skills and knowledge.
I was born and raised in Fort Worth, TX, with a passion for traveling and experiencing new cultures! One of my dreams is to be able to travel to every continent multiple times (but maybe not Antartica, that place is too stinkin’ cold, burrrr!). I began traveling in high school, making trips to Vietnam, Mexico, Canada and even to the beautiful island of Hawaii with even bigger dreams to continue traveling in the future!
One of the reasons I decided to become a stylist is because you can show someone how beautiful they are from another person’s perspective just by simply enhancing someone’s natural beauty, either through a simple haircut, to some highlights, or even a full makeover!
Fun fact: I’m a bit of a goofball with an alter ego, often imagine singing to a crowd and being famous with my stellar rendition of my current favorite song, but usually only in my car, shower or around my family and friends; even though I may embarrass them occasionally…otherwise I like to be serious and talk about what God’s done in my life and keeps doing.
